Twilight star Cam Gigandet has been together with his partner, Dominique Geisendorff, for over 12 years. While celebrity couples are separating left, right, and center, Geisendorff revealed the secret to their ever-growing love—treating every day as the same.

The Duo’s Secret behind Their Sustained Love

On February 14, 2018, the American actress took to Instagram to post a cute photo of her and Gigandet on the occasion of Valentine’s Day. 

The pair are lovingly kissing each other during the golden hour with Geisendorff in her partner’s warm embrace. In the caption, the actress revealed why she loved him more and more every year.

She also confessed that the pair have never celebrated a Valentine’s Day, or an anniversary for that matter, despite being together for almost a decade.  

She further mentioned that she would continue to treat and love her man the same regardless of the said day being the day of love.

Adding to how they have not celebrated a single Valentine’s Day ever, the actress joked that if Gigandet had made plans for them or had bought her something, she would have to run an errand! 

The actress also credited this ritual of daily love and being best friends to each other as the secret behind their everlasting love. 

The Couple are Parents to Three Kids

Various sites have listed Geisendorff as Gigandet’s fiancee and wife; however, neither party has exclusively confirmed the rumors. 

That being said, the 36-year-old actress is quite open about her journey of motherhood on her Instagram account. On the occasion of Mother’s day in 2016, she posted a picture of her in a dainty black off-shoulder dress cradling her pregnant belly and holding Gigandet’s hand. 

She wrote in the caption that being a mother was one of the toughest challenges she had in her life. From being patient and kind to understand the kids to the ever-changing priorities, she confessed that there was a constant battle for her to be somebody to someone and still manage to be herself.

Despite all the difficulties that come with being a mother, the actress praised her partner for sharing her imperfect life. She was thankful for her kids’ father for understanding her, keeping her on her toes, and driving her to be the passionate person she wants to be.

The duo has three kids together. Their first daughter, Everly Ray, was born in 2009 and is now 11 years old. Their second child, Racker Ridley, was born in 2013, and their youngest child and their second daughter, Armie Heartly, was born in 2015.

The actress often posts about her partner and family on her Instagram. Calling Gigandet her favorite person in the world, her best friend, and the best dad ever, it is no wonder that she is still head over heels in love with him after over 12 years of being together.
