The veteran chef retired as a yacht chef and hence from the reality series in 2016 with season 4 being his last adventure. 

According to Showbiz Cheat Sheet, he told “I think I’m probably a little too old for Below Deck" during an Instagram Live in 2021.

According to his website, he is now planning a cruise journey in October 2023  in the Mediterranean around Italy. That means he hasn't technically retired as a yacht chef as he enjoys occasional voyages in the seas. 

Is Ben Robinson Married?

Ben Robinson hasn't been married yet.

In May 2023, Robinson got engaged to his girlfriend of four years Kiara Cabral. 

He revealed the news on Instagram on 11 May, uploading a picture of their romantic picture on a boat, captioning, "After a wonderful 4-year relationship with my love Kiara I decided to take the next step and propose… I feel like the luckiest man alive! Thank you to my friends and family for all of your support. Robinson told  US Weekly that "Kiara and I met about seven years ago through mutual friends. The stars had not quite aligned for us back then. I was on a Below Deck roller coaster, and she was too young and too skeptical for that racket. But we remained friends."

Ben Robinson Started Dating Kiara Just Before the Pandemic 

Robinson also revealed to US Weekly that  Kiara moved on with her after they started dating just before the pandemic.

Previously, Robinson started dating stewardess Warburton-Adams during the time season 4 aired. She later moved to Florida to live with him and they cohabitated together for over a year.

And after the end of his relationship with Warburton-Adams in 2017, Robinson kept his private life off the radar for a few years.

It was only on 22 May 2020  that the chef posted a picture of himself and his girlfriend, Kiara Cabral, in matching robes during their stay at the LaPlaya Beach Golf Resort in Naples, Florida.

Like these posts, the two have posted about each other on multiple occasions since then.

Robinson’s castmates from Below Deck, including Anastasia Surmava and Colin Macy-O’Toole, gushed over their photos. Warburton-Adams also expressed her well-wishes to the couple, calling the photos “lovely.”

However, not everyone was happy with their relationship, and a few netizens even spoke against it, bringing up their age difference. Robinson’s ex-girlfriend defended him and Cabral against the people who criticized them.

Robinson had previously teased he was in a relationship when talking to The Daily Dish during Below Deck’s 100th episode celebration on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in January 2020.

There is a girl that I like at the moment. We’re trying to take it slowly. So we’ll see what becomes of it.

How long did Ben and his Ex-girlfriend Emily remain together as a couple?

During Below Deck’s season 4, Robinson dated fellow cast member Emily Warburton-Adams. Their romance became the highlight of the season, and they continued their relationship after leaving Valor.

Robinson and Warburton-Adams even lived together in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for a year and worked together now and then. She described their relationship when talking on Life After Bravo.

Going on a date with him and things like that, I felt very close to him very quickly. He was British and he made me laugh, and I do like an older guy. It was totally real feelings. He knew what I liked, and he made me my food. It was a real perk.

Robinson confirmed in October 2017 that he and Warburton-Adams had called it quits. She later revealed the two were still very close and shared that the reason for their breakup was them growing apart.

Though Robinson hasn’t appeared on Below Deck for a long time, he is still one of the show’s most loved cast members.

As for how Robinson got into Below Deck, it’s an interesting story.

He applied to be on the show on a whim when he was drunk. He had never watched reality TV and was unaware of what to expect.

He called his time on the show successful and added that drinking during a reality TV show was a bad idea.
