Euphoria actor Sydney Sweeney has been in a private relationship with boyfriend Jonathan Davino for at least a year. 

The news of their relationship first made headlines when they were spotted spending quality time on a beach in Hawaii on November 25, 2020.

Their steamy PDAs in which Sweeney wrapped her hands and legs around Davino quickly became the talk of the town. And soon enough, her fans and followers started pouring out their reactions on Twitter. 

One particular user showcased their sadness over Sweeney's dating status and wrote, “Sydney Sweeney has a man… thanksgiving canceled.”

Surprisingly, the 24-year-old noticed the post and responded to it in a way no one could have ever imagined.

Sweeney retweeted the comment from her fan and uploaded a picture of herself and a girl from their prom. In the caption, she simply penned, "baby girl, go have a feast. Your girl at prom," with a wink emoji. 

As soon as her response hit the internet, people couldn't help but wonder and also believe Sweeney liked both men and women. A fellow Twitter user mentioned that knowing the actress wasn't straight was the best day of her life. 

Another person joined the bandwagon, informing Sweeney that she blocked her boyfriend and was alone. She jokingly implied that they could meet and spend time together.

Although Sweeney's shocking revelation caused a frenzy on the social media platform, she commented no more on the topic.

Sweeney's boyfriend, Davino, is a restaurant owner. He owns an eatery named Davino's Xpress, previously known as Pompeii Xpress, at 2931 N. Broadway Avenue in Lakeview. 

He is also one of the heirs to an Italian pizza company named Pompei, founded by Luigi Davino. 

Davino started making public appearances with Sweeney in 2018. First, the duo had a dinner date in Los Angeles, and they spent quality time at the TAO Chicago Nightclub. Then, in late 2019, the lovebirds took a trip to Amalfi Coast.

Although dating, The White Lotus actress has never mentioned her boyfriend or posted pictures with him on her Instagram or Twitter. Instead, she updates her fans about her new projects and professional endeavors. 

On August 26, 2021, she uploaded a cover picture of her new movie, The Voyeurs, and urged her fans to watch the film. Sweeney starred alongside Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Ben Hardy, and Justice Smith in the film.
