Ratajkowski might have ditched her wedding band after speculations about him cheating on her. Claudia Oshry, the host of The Morning Toast podcast, was the first to bring up these cheating rumors.

Later the same day, Page Six again reported on their marriage. They quoted an insider source who was certain Bear-McClard had cheated on his wife. "He's a serial cheater," the source said.

However, no court documents were filed as of July 15. Then, on July 18, People magazine confirmed their divorce.

"They split recently. It was Em's decision. She is doing okay," a source close to the model claimed. "She is strong and focused on her son. She loves being a mom." She planned on filing divorce papers soon.
