Kayla Itsines Is Engaged Again — A Look at Her Dating Life over the Years

Kayla Itsines is engaged for the second time!

The Australian fitness YouTuber, who had been dating her boyfriend, Jae Woodroffe, for just over six months, took to Instagram to share the happy news. She even showed off her engagement ring in her announcement.

Itsines and Woodroffe both announced their engagement on Instagram on July 18, 2022. They shared pictures after he had put on a sparkling band on her ring finger.

The fitness trainer just wrote, "YES!!!" followed by a couple of heart-eyes and ring emojis and #engaged.

Woodroffe, too, posted a similar picture, but one that provided fans with a closer look at her ring. "When you know, you know," he wrote, tagging her in the post.

She was one of the many people to respond to him in the comment section, writing, "I love youuuu. it's perfect," while others were showering the couple with congratulatory messages and best wishes.

The couple became Instagram official back on January 27, 2022. On her announcement post, Itsines revealed Woodroffe had been her best friend "for years" and now was her partner.

Even though their official announcement came only in January 2022, they have been going out for almost a year now. They started dating sometime around August 2021, evident on their 'Jlah' Instagram account, which is all about "a different insight into [their] lives."

As for who Woodroffe is, not much is known about him, except his age, which Daily Mail claims is 29, and his mother's name, which is Jenny.

Itsines's grandfather also jokes on the Itsines family Instagram account that he is German even though he claims he is Australian. Nothing confirmed, though.

Going through his Instagram, we get hints about his likes and hobbies — he loves traveling and cars.

Woodroffe now lives with Itsines and her daughter, Arna, but already wants biological kids with her. During an Instagram live in May, he admitted he "absolutely" wanted kids of his own someday.

Before starting a romance with Itsines, Woodroffe was reportedly in a long-term relationship with someone named Lauren Belotti. It is also said that Belotti and Itsines are friends.

Neither Itsines nor Woodroffe have said anything about a wedding or when he would be becoming her husband.

Itsines made her relationship with Woodroffe official about a year after she broke things off with her previous fiancé, Tobi Pearce.

She and Tobi were in a relationship for around eight years. Their time together began in late 2012 and soon became business partners, launching Bikini Body Training Company, now SWEAT.

With time, their business grew, as did their family.

In 2018, they launched their SWEAT app, and they had a combined net worth of over $696 million. April 2018 saw them get engaged and in April 2019, they welcomed their first and only child, daughter Arna Leia Pearce, through a C-section.

But, over the next year, their relationship deteriorated, and in August 2020, they announced they were separating.

In both their Instagram announcements about their split, they echoed similar sentiments — Arna was always going to be their first priority.
