Earlier in 2021, Pop sensation Ariana Grande was rumored to be pregnant.

The claims started making rounds on the internet after Grande wasted no time getting married to her then-boyfriend Dalton Gomez.

Her fans' suspicion grew after she married Gomez, a real estate agent she dated for a little over a year.

Was Ariana Grande Pregnant?

As reported by The Things, Grande got married to her husband at a private ceremony in her Montecito, California home.

There were strong suggestions that the 'Problem' hitmaker was trying to conceal her pregnancy.

Social media users flooded the comment section of an Instagram-based celebrity gossip page.

The post put out by the account was about an "A-list singer" who was expecting but hesitant to reveal the news "any time soon."

"It's gotta be Ari," commented one user, while another wrote, "Ari! She was married recently as welllll."

Apart from making claims, many fans dropped Grande's name in the comment section to suggest if the Instagram post was making indications toward her.

Adding fuel to the fire was a viral picture of Grade. The singer was shown posing with a baby bump in the widely circulated image.

Additionally, the picture seemed to have been shared from her official Instagram account.

However, it was later revealed to be photoshopped.

The image shared on Twitter on May 2021 gathered angry responses from the singer's loyal fans.

"DONT lie to me EVER again," tweeted one fan.

Interestingly, the Twitter account responded to the fan comment and wrote, "I'm sorry I had too," followed by a face with tears of joy emoji.

More angry Twitterati vented their frustration over the matter, calling the post fake.

Around the same time, the famous singer was spotted walking in a mall donning a baggy sweatshirt.

As all of this was ongoing, Grande's Instagram posts made during the time seemingly sidetrack the pregnancy claims.

In the pictures shared by the singer, she looked fabulous while a baby bump wasn't anywhere to be seen.

Rumors of Ariana Grande's Pregnancy Were Dashed

Furthermore, Hollywood Life claimed exclusive information regarding the singer's pregnancy plans.

According to the agency, Grande wasn't in a rush to become pregnant and would prefer to wait at least a few more years before having kids.

In the report, it was mentioned that the famed singer was eager to make more music, act a little bit more and continue her stint with the singing reality show, The Voice.

However, This wasn't the first time Grande was rumored to be pregnant.

In 2018, there were strong suggestions of her being pregnant after getting engaged to her Pete Davidson, as per a separate report by The Things.

The singer responded to the online claims and wrote, "mood for the next few years til i'm actually ready #fertilequeen," in her reply to a fan tweet.

The drama did not end there. In October of the same year, Grande posted a selfie on her official Instagram account.

While there was nothing wrong with the picture, eagle-eyed fans noticed a crib in the background.

The pregnancy rumors did not die down, provoking the singer to explain that the crib was for the pet pig, which she shared with her ex.
