Married to Baker Mayfield

Wilkinson shares a blissful married life with her husband, Baker Mayfield, to whom she has been married since July 6, 2019.

Started Dating in 2017:

Diving into her personal life, Wilkinson and Mayfield’s love story started with their mutual friends trying to introduce them for months in 2017. In October, after several failed efforts, the two caught each other's eyes when the American quarterback was speaking with his brother on a video-call after a game.

The Brides reported Emily’s verbatim relating to that moment:

I was the one person in the crowd who he didn’t recognize...He put two and two together and realized I was the girl our friend had been trying to set him up with all that time!

To her surprise, he asked her to attend his Rose Bowl game in Pasadena a few months later. They also had lunch together a day before.

That date made all the difference, as they fell in love at first sight and have been together since.

Surprise Engagement:

Six months into their relationship, Mayfield asked her to organize a wrap party to celebrate the completion of his docu-series, Behind Baker, and invite friends and family. Little did Emily know that everything was planned, and the wrap party was actually a surprise engagement ceremony, which everyone knew - except her.

A Dream Wedding in Malibu, California:

Following that, the couple spent nearly a year planning their summer wedding at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu. Emily, hailing from Nebraska, and the groom-to-be being from Texas, really love the outdoor venue.

Calamigos was the only venue we looked at because it reminded us of home. It was so romantic, and didn’t feel stuffy or over-the-top.

The wedding theme of a romantic, vintage-inspired outdoor wedding was executed perfectly with the bride wearing a stunning gown picked by her best friend. She paired her dress with a diamond solitaire, eternity band, and Gianvito Rossi heels. She even changed to a pair of pink and gray monogrammed Nike sneakers as the evening progressed into dancing.

The groom was dressed in a custom blue three-piece suit from Southwick, paired with a blush tie and Allen Edmonds shoes.

The ceremony, attended by 350 guests, took place in the garden beneath a sprawling tree draped in twinkling lights. The duo took their wedding vows on July 6, 2019.

Valentines' 2021:

The adorable couple celebrated their second Valentines' after their wedding on February 14, 2021. On that occasion, Emily posted a sweet selfie with her husband on Instagram with a caption that read, “Happy Valentine’s Day to my handsome groom... and the only person worse about taking photos and documenting things than me. Love you most, baby!”

Emily's Lifestyle and Net Worth

Their House & Car:

The power couple has been living in their cozy and peaceful home located in Cleveland, Ohio, since 2018. Their home was furnished by one of the leading furniture designers, Arhaus. Speaking with Arhaus’s Director of Digital Marketing, Steve Bauer, Emily stated:

My favorite spot is probably the living room on the main floor. It’s cozy and welcoming, and there’s almost always a candle burning.

She further described their design aesthetic as "COZY first and foremost.” “We tend to go towards earthy tones, with statement walls, colors, and furniture pieces. We both like a lot of texture and not a lot of clutter," she added.

Their Net Worth:

Speaking about their family fortune, Emily’s quarterback husband enjoys a massive net worth of $12 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. His net worth resulted from Cleveland's four-year deal, which was valued at $32.68 million in 2018. The deal came with a $21 million signing bonus.

However, Emily’s net worth details are yet to be disclosed. So far, neither she nor any trustworthy outlet has reported on her wealth. But with the kind of social media presence that she has, she might be raking in a decent amount through sponsorships and paid posts.

More so, her journalism job at the NBC-affiliated WKYC channel is another source of income.

Emily Is Actively Involved In Charity

Wilkinson often shares her good deeds on Instagram and urges others to either support the cause or participate in similar events.

Even when the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world hard, she came out to support local women groups to provide financial support and hygiene products for the scholars through the ‘Boys Hope Girls Hope of NEO’ foundation.

Along with Cleveland women, the Instagram star raised over $4K and received many hygiene products for the scholars. She later thanked everyone for the support through Instagram:

I’m so proud and THANKFUL to be surrounded by such strong, generous, badass women here in Cleveland. Thank you to EVERYONE who donated to @bhgh_neo over the last 5 days! We raised over $4K and also received many hygiene products for the scholars!

Over the years, the social media personality has influenced her fans and followers through her various works, including her charity acts.
